Pioneers Walking Rugby travelled to Topsham, Devon at the beginning of August to take part in a festival of walking rugby organised by Topsham RFC.
We survived torrential rain in the morning, when the two gazebos next to ours blew away.
We played six games and won two of them. In spite of losing more games than we won we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you Topsham.

At the end of August Kingswood RFC hosted a WR festival with 18 teams from as far afield as Esher and Cardiff. We won two games, drew one and lost three. Another great day and Gem was £1.50 a pint! Thankyou Kingswood, an excellent event.

On Saturday 23rd October we are travelling to Torfaen, South Wales for the third Festival this year. C'mon Pioneers!
