A small squad of seven Pioneers was bolstered by Yan and Russell from Amesbury, who were looking to join a team.
We beat Old Guilfordians 4-2 in the first game. Then lost to a well organised Kingswood squad and two younger and faster Salisbury teams.
Nevertheless we played well and enjoyed good camaraderie, good weather, good hospitality (free food!) The only downside - cold showers!
