Once your child has spent a few sessions at Broad Plain, and decided they want to become part of the Club, parents of all new players must print and complete the 4 attached documents, then hand them in to your coach, along with 2 passport-sized photos of the player, and the appropriate registration fee (see Parent Cover Letter)
